In other words, if I'm going to spend a month writing a book working on weekdays, I basically have to create a duplicate writing task for every single weekday. I have to manually turn off repeat then check it off once the writing task is complete. This is a common feature that free standard calendar apps have, so why doesn't a paid, feature-rich app like Pagico have something so basic? This makes visualizing my schedule for a month a lot more difficult.įurthermore, there's no option to turn off repeating tasks on weekends (which I take off) nor is there an option for an end date on the repeat. ![]() This task & data management software turns to-do lists into meaningful timelines, visualizes. This is a huge time saver for when you’re working on something on the web, and need to move it into your project. I just made the switch from OmniFocus to Pagico and for the most part, I do like it. But there is one thing that really irritates me, and it's repeating tasks. Use the Pagico browser extension to quickly save webpages as tasks.
